GE Healthcare Earns Platinum Award
MedAssets awarded the company’s highest vendor designation award to GE Healthcare Clinical Systems, Platinum Vendor status. News of the award was posted on the 24 x 7 Weekly Jolt.
The award is granted to vendors for efforts intended to improve customer satisfaction in addition to savings for customers. The company is additionally recognized for completing reports and sharing fee schedules within an appropriate timeframe. MedAssets further acknowledged GE Healthcare’s philanthropy activities.
MedAssets chose GE Healthcare as an awardee following review of the company’s entire contract portfolio. Other factors considered include overall responsiveness to the needs of MedAssets customers with respect to value and growth in contract sales year after year.
In addition to the award received by the Clinical Systems, GE’s Life Sciences division received a Platinum award. The Med-Surg Program received a Gold-level award. The same division was also named Group Buy Vendor of the Year.
