Instant HealthLine Assets Purchased by TeleHealth Services

All the Instant HealthLine assets owned by Pathware, Incorporated were purchased by TeleHealth Services. In addition, TeleHealth took over responsibility for support and service of Instant HealthLine customers, detailed in a press release issued by TeleHealth.

IHL provides on-demand video systems to deliver entertainment and education to patients. It also supports delivery of additional patient-oriented information directly to the bedside through televisions and computers within the hospital setting.

Support services will be provided by TeleHealth with the company’s TIGR education-on-demand support personnel. TeleHealth notes that the services provided in this manner support increased patient satisfaction and facility quality efforts.

TeleHealth Services is the largest provider of interactive entertainment and education on-demand systems used in healthcare facilities across the United States. The company has more than 250 customers and will add another 150 previously served by Instant HealthLine.
