Medisolution Division Purchase Finalized by Healthvision
Healthvision announced that their purchase (pdf) of the Healthcare Products and Services Division from Medisolution is now complete. The deal will significantly expand Healthvision’s presence in the Canadian marketplace.
Items included in the purchase are the entire range of healthcare specific product suites. This includes Medisolution’s patient management suite, lab information systems, public health and community care solutions, electronic health record, and clinical department systems.
Healthvision, a provider of software and services geared toward the healthcare market, indicates that the acquisition will broaden the company’s range of solutions available for different customers. Moreover, the additional systems will broaden the company’s domain expertise.
