Meditech Acquires Patient Care Technologies

Patient-Care Technologies (PtCT) has had a long-term partnership with Meditech which will be further solidified as PtCT becomes an independent subsidiary. Meditech is acquiring PtCT in a deal for which the terms have not been released. Meditech already has partial ownership of the healthcare software company.

PtCT owns a software solution that helps oversee the process management, particularly in the arena of chronic disease.
