Enclarity Wins Award for Healthcare Information Technology

The ProviderPoint solution from Enclarity was awarded the 2007 Global Excellence in Healthcare Information Technology Product of the Year Award by Frost & Sullivan. Enclarity noted the award receipt on their website.

The ProviderPoint system is designed to minimize erroneous information from provider files. It is a hosted service that delivers up to date, accurate, and current information about a wide range of healthcare providers. Data is collected by cleaning, annotating, and integrating data from a broad array of referential sources, as well as direct contacts and transactions.

The value of information provided by the Enclarity system is proven to clients through a variety of delivery options and custom integration capabilities. Specialized users can update the system with a variety of system add-ons, including NPI compliance and real-time lookup of information on the provider of interest.

Savings noted from system utilization by one health insurer includes up to $10 million in administrative costs. Some of Enclarity’s clients include the nation’s largest healthcare payors.

The Frost & Sullivan Award is granted to companies that introduce new products that are significant advancements and provide users with competitive advantages. It further recognizes the product’s acceptance, innovation, and competitive advantage.
