Premier Purchasing and 3M Sign Deal
Premier Purchasing Partners, LP signed an agreement with 3M for suture related materials. The contract is planned to commence October 1st, as detailed in a press release from the company.
Participants of the Premier alliance are eligible to receive price discounts on adhesive skin closures, transparent dressings, cohesive bandages, and tape products available from 3M. The deal applies to both long term and acute care provider members.
Premier is the largest healthcare purchasing network in the U.S. The organization’s mission is improving patient care while simultaneously controlling costs. Over 1,700 hospitals participate in the network as well as 47,000 other sites that provide healthcare services.
