Best in KLAS 2007 Published
KLAS Enterprises unveiled their designated award winners for 2007. Winners were determined based on data detailing satisfaction of customers with health care information technology vendors and consultants alike. A complete list of the award winners was published by KLAS on their site.
Ratings of over 200 vendors and 750 different products were completed through the evaluation of customer service surveys and interviews with healthcare providers utilizing IT products. Products are described in three different categories: software, medical equipment, and professional services.
Organizations that receive the honor have high satisfaction rankings from customers in more than one category. A variety of different organizations received the honor this year in distinct areas within the three categories.
These awards are issued by KLAS twice yearly. Additional reports are issued throughout the year which address products and vendors that serve specific markets of the market.
