eHealth Completes Contracts with Three Medical Centers

eHealth Global Technologies completed contracts with three different large medical centers. Through these deals, the company will provide the eHealthConnect services to specific departments within the healthcare systems.

The eHealthConnect system collects imaging and medical records through the eHealth Global clinical customer support team for the patients that are treated within the healthcare system. The records are digitized and easily accessible via the internet in a secure format from eHealth.

One particular benefit of such a system is for transplant patients, who have a wide variety of records from different departments and caregivers that are key pieces of data for healthcare providers. Collecting and evaluating all of this information is more important as patients are registered into the transplant registry system with UNOS to have an organ identified. The eHealthConnect system can facilitate means to collect the information, support assessment by clinical teams, and decrease the amount of time before patients are listed with the transplant registry.

The three organizations that executed contracts are Rush University Medical Center, University of Minnesota Medical Center, and University of California at San Diego.
