QuickCare Software Acquired by Logibec Subsidiary

Logibec Groupe Informatique Limited’s U.S. based subsidiary announced plans to acquire QuickCare Software Services LP and QuickCare Incorporated. The purchase price is marked at $25 million, as reported by the CBC.CA News.

QuickCare was developed approximately 15 years ago. The organization support over 1,600 different facilities. This will increase Logibec’s marketshare in the U.S.

Logibec recently underwent a name change and is now being referred to as MDI Achieve, Incorporated. The organization develops, sells, and supports administrative and clinical software solutions that are used for elder care organizations.

Logibec is based in Montreal. It is one of the ten largest companies across Canada dedicated to development of information services in the health and social services sector.
