X-Ray Maintenance System Introduced

A new x-ray system from Fluke Biomedical was launched, the TNT 12000 X-Ray Test Device. The system supports calibration, maintenance, and quality assurance for x-ray systems, as described in a news release from the company.

The new device is a completely wireless unit and includes all-in-one exposure measurement and a half-value layer. The system allows for a customized choice of laptop archiving and readout device. A ZigBee interface is utilized to connect with the chosen display, which supports secure and fast display as well as archiving features.

The TNT 12000 system supports maintenance and assessment of x-ray imaging systems. It additionally fosters maximized productivity, flexibility, and accuracy for those individuals responsible for maintaining systems.

The company claims that this new system is the most productive of its type currently available on the market. Moreover, Fluke staff argue that this new tool will establish a new set of standards for efficiency for technical personnel.

Fluke Biomedical is a subsidiary of Fluke Corporation. The organization manufactures biomedical stimulation and test products, as well as providing up-to-date medical imaging and technology quality-assurance solutions to support regulatory compliance.
