PENTAX Unveils New Endoscopes

PENTAX Medical introduced two new products for imaging both the upper and lower gastrointestinal tracks.

The EPK-i Video Endoscopic System includes a digital processing system controlled by a computer with 1.25 megapixel resolution. This provides the highest level of image quality currently available. The system also supports sharing images over a network.

The new i-Flex scopes were specifically designed to reduce the amount of time required to reach the level of the cecum and technology to provide the best quality of imaging.
