Imaging On Call Purchases Competitor

NightVision Radiology, a provider of teleradiology services in the Cleveland, Ohio area, was purchased by Imaging On Call, LLC. The financial terms of the deal were not shared publicly, though the deal is planned to be finalized by the end of July.

The purchase expands NightVision’s staffing; increasing the company’s availability to take on new contracts. The company is now staffed with 31 radiologists, covering all radiology sub-specialties. The expanded staffing will increase the company’s coverage hours and increase the timeliness of services provided.

Imaging On Call is an accredited full service radiology provider. Executives from the company note the opportunity to partner with another organization that is focused on quality. The provision of superior care is paramount to the business success.

Imaging On Call is based in Poughkeepsie, New York. The company was started by a group of radiologists unsatisfied with the level of services provided by other teleradiology providers. During normal business hours, Monday through Friday, most studies are read within half an hour.
