peerVue Signs with Intelerad

Intelerad Medical Systems and peerVue recently completed a partnership agreement. Through this agreement, radiologists can access features from peerVue directly from the Inteleviewer system. The deal was described in a posting from Health Imaging.

peerVue provides PACS-integrated, regulatory, quality, and communications services. IntelePACS now has integrated the qiVue Solution. The feature improves system functionality, providing users with access to the means to address regulatory, communications, and quality issues. Included among those are means to examine peer review, emergency department discrepancy management, teleradiology discrepancies, critical results management, and technologist QC.

The integrated system allows users to complete point-and-click results reporting, as well as study discrepancies. Clinicians can also complete communication and quality related activities, both of which are required by the Joint Commission and the American College of Radiology (ACR).
