Lionville Acquired by Emerson
Emerson Storage Solutions announced the acquisition of Lionville Systems, Inc. on March 8th. Lionville’s business focus is medication management and distribution systems.
In 2005, Lionville introduced a new means to link medication administration records with distribution wirelessly through point-of-care carts. Lionville will be integrated with Emerson’s InterMetro, the healthcare platform. Emerson has a presence in electronic medical record solutions and medication management systems.
The combined revenues of Emerson’s healthcare companies is estimated over $100 million, with clients in over 4,000 U.S. hospitals.
